New Junior Secretary:
Jackie Humphries (Thurles) has agreed to become the new junior secretary for Munster Squash and to allow her name to go forward to the A.G.M. as junior secretary for season 2007-2008. In filling this vital role Jackie has ensured that Munster will be in a position to send junior teams to the Interpros. Indeed, one of the new secretary's first tasks will be to notify players of their selection for this event to be played in Galway over the weekend of April 4-5.

Irish U19s off to Norway:
Congrats to Sarah Corcoran (Thurles) on her selection on the Irish U19 team that play in the European Team Championships in Stavanger, Norway. Full results will be available from the tournament site.

Munster Junior Closed Championship 2008:
This competition was held in Dunhill over the weekend of February 29 - March 2 and we are very grateful to Mary O'Loughlin and her Dunhill committee for hosting this competition again this season. See finishing positions on the competition page.
