Munster Junior Invitation 2007:
This tournament was played in Highfield on Saturday, April 21, and the results and pics are on the competition page.

Patricia Burns at U19 Europeans:
Congrats to Limerick Lawn's Patricia Burns (2nd from left below) who is on the Irish U19 team playing in Belgium at the U19 European Championships. The other members of the team are Gordon Harpur (U) Chris O'Kane (U), Sean Caheny (C) , Sarah McCracken (U) with coach, Colin Whitney.

Munster Players on Irish 'Home' International Teams:
Congratulations to Ciaran Maher (Thurles); Zoe McHale (Gleneagle); Labhaoise and Brian Dunbar (Dunhill) and Rachel Power (Thurles) all of whom made the Irish Teams for the 'Home' Internationals held in Pontefract, Yorkshire.

Irish Junior Nationals:
Well done to Brian Dunbar (winner BU15); Labhaoise Dunbar (runner-up GU13) and Patricia Burns (3rd. GU19) who were the highest Munster finishers at the Nationals that were held in Salthill over the weekend of February 2 - 4. The following were the winners and runners-up:

Leinster Junior Open:
Well done to all Munster players who travelled to Dublin for this event. This tournament was held over the weekend of January 19-21.

Thurles Juniors at Sutton:
Well done to all the Thurles players who made the trip to Sutton. Check out the pic.

Dunhill U11 Tournament:
There was be an U11 tournament for boys and girls run-off in Dunhill back in November. Well done to all participants!

EMC² Munster Junior Open:
This tournament was held in Highfield and Sunday's Well. Mant thanks to Gerry Connaughton for a well-run event and to the clubs for the use of their facilities. Thanks also to EMC² for their generous sponsorship.

Ulster Junior Open 2006:
Labhaoise Dunbar (Dunhill) and Rachel Power (Thurles) were among the prize-winners yet again but well done to all who made the long journey north.

Connacht Junior Open 2006:
Well done to all the Munster Juniors who played in this tournament in Salthill. Congratulations to Laoibhse Dunbar of Dunhill (winner Girls U13); Philip McSweeney from Highfield (runner-up Boys U11) and to Brian Dunbar - Dunhill (runner-up Boys U15). We'll have the full finishing positions available soon.
