Munster Squash Golf Classic 2009:
Our 12th Annual Golf Classic was played at Muskerry Golf Club and we're very grateful to all who participated.

Irish Squash Calendar:
If you would like your event included in the Squash Calendar for the coming season please contact a member of the committee with your information.  A draft calendar is available on the Irish Squash site.

National Awards for Volunteers:
The Department of Arts, Sport and Tourism and The Federation of Irish Sports have launched the 2009 National Awards to Volunteers in Irish Sport. Has your club someone who deserves a nomination?

Thurles NCBI fundraiser.
Some of the Thurles Squash players raised about €1,000 for the National Council for the Blind in a recent cycling fundraiser.

PARS adopted into Rules:
The new Rules of Squash have adopted point-a-rally- as the official scoring system for squash. So it looks like that's the system that will apply throughout the squash world for the forseeable future!

Membership of Irish Squash:
Membership of Irish Squash carries some great benefits and you can now register your membership on-line. Don't forget that if your are a member of a squash club you must also be either an associate or full member of Irish Squash.  Check out details.
