The League Committee for each division will be comprised of 3 personnel: the Munster Captain, the Munster President, and a League Secretary* for each respective division.
Each team that enters a league, on submission of their team listing, must have a nominated Team Captain for communication with the League Committee, and must supply a candidate for League Secretary of that division (it will be acceptable to have one person fulfill both roles if necessary).
*For each division the League Secretary will be drawn out of a hat containing all of the candidates pertaining to their respective league, and the club that supplied the League Secretary for the previous season for each league will be exempted from each draw accordingly.

Any complaints are to be directed via the Team Captains to the League Secretary for communication to the League Committee members. Complaints will be put before all 3 members of the respective League Committee for discussion before coming to a decision.

At the half-way point in the league the team orders may be reconsidered and re-submitted by the Team Captains, and subject to unanimous approval by their respective League Committee may be allowed to be re-ordered.
N.B. Any late-comers not on the originally submitted team listing may only be introduced onto a team at the half-way point, and only if sanctioned by the league committee.

If a sub(s) that is below the standard of the league and is not listed on their team listing is required at short notice to fill the bottom place(s) in a team on a league night, in order to fulfill a commitment to field a team as a gesture of goodwill towards the opposing team, the League Committee must be consulted in advance of playing, and subject to unanimous agreement may be approved.
