Munster Squash

Senior Interprovincial Team:
Munster's teams at the Interprovincial Championships 2009 in Galway were: Phil Cullinane; Kevin Knox; Donal Carroll; Dermot MacNamara; Brian Knox; David Knox; Tony Maher; Robert Hawkins; Tommy Horgan; Dave Guiney and Frank Ryan. Unfortunately we were not able to enter a ladies team this season. (Read Provincial Eligibility).

Munster Senior (Closed) Championship 2009:
Phil Cullinane regained his top slot with a win over Kevin Knox, Dave Guiney won the B while Liam Butler took the C and Clare Jones won the D. These competitions were played at Sunday's Well and Silversprings and full results can be found on the tournament page.

Munster Senior Open:
This competition, the second event in the Irish Squash Grand Prix Tour, was a great success and saw John Rooney make it a three-in-a-row. It was played in Sunday's Well, Silversprings and Highfield and all the results and pics are available here.

S-Tyres Division One:
This league was won by Highfield with Sunday's Well taking the runners-up spot. See the S-Tyres Division One page.

Ken O'Keeffe (Sunday's Well) is the Men's captain for 2008-2009 and we wish him well for the season.
