Semi-finals will be played between the winner of group 1 and the runner up of group 2, and the winner of group 2 and the runner up of group 1, over 2 legs (home and away). The overall winners of the semi-finals will then compete in the final at a neutral venue.

Semi-finals of Division 5 will be played between the winner of group 1 and the runner up of group 2, and the winner of group 2 and the runner up of group 1, with the winner of each Group having Home advantage for each semi-final. There will only be one match, i.e. it will not be over 2 legs (home and away) for Division 5, there will just be one tie for each semi-final.
The winners of the semi-finals will then compete in the final at a neutral venue, or else at the most suitable alternative venue if a neutral venue can’t be sourced.
