Division 3 concludes; Thurles take the Cup, and Silver Springs come in Runners-Up.

Congratulations to Thurles Squash Club on winning the Men’s Division 3 League this season (2015/16).

The Thurles team topped the table with an impressive tally, achieving 6 wins out of 6. The three O’Donnell brothers (originally played out of Cashel) came as a great addition to the team this season.
This success is a great credit to the work going into Thurles Squash Club over the past few seasons in retaining and growing the membership and increasing the profile of squash in Tipperary.
Well done lads, and keep up the good work!

My thanks to Brendan Lawton for helping organise the league this season, and a huge thanks also to Eoghan Long (Highfield Capt.) for doing an exemplary job as League Secretary this season. Eoghan was dependable and efficient as always in gathering the results and in dealing with any issues that arose over the course of the league, and even played the part of the cameraman for the presentation of the trophies. Thanks Eoghan!
